Swing Elements are key areas of the swing that influence the LAWs of Ball Flight to create Shots. There are 5 Swing Elements: Set-Up, Turn, Lever, Path, and Release. These Swing Elements represent what teachers scan in your swing to determine what is good, and what needs improvement to eradicate your mis-hit.

Swing Elements are organized in chronological order of your swing. This allows your coach to Reverse Engineer your mis-hit and assign Swing Faults to Swing Elements in a specific order.
What you need to know: Everyone has a mis-hit. Your mis-hit is created by Swing Faults. Swing Faults are errors in your Swing Elements that when addresses in a Roadmap created by your coach will improve your game.
